We are seeking a proactive Sales and Account Manager to help grow our UK membership base while delivering an exceptional client experience to our existing members. The Position
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for positively impacting the mental health and wellbeing of young people. This role would suit someone with previous office experience and ideally some exposure to sales or account management. Experience within the education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, supporting renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach within schools and educational organisations. You’ll also assist with new business development, helping to onboard new clients and ensure they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
· Support the onboarding process for new clients and maintain accurate records
· Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
· Assist with sales outreach and follow\-up activities
· Collaborate with the marketing and content team to support campaigns and events
· Represent the company at events
· Maintain CRM data and produce regular reports on account activity
· Contribute ideas to improve client experience and internal processes
Skills and Attributes
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organisational and time management abilities
· Confident using Microsoft Office, Wordpress, and CRM systems
· Positive, proactive, and professional approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
· Interest in mental health, wellbeing, and/or education
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
