Deutsche Bank intends to hire a multi\-asset markets specialist to cover sophisticated UHNW clients and Family Offices for their public markets investment needs. The individual should bring a distinguished track record in investment sales and/or trading within Wealth Management from a regulated banking environment. The candidate should have working knowledge of cash instruments and simple derivatives in the main asset classes (FX and Equities) and should have a strong interest and good understanding of financial markets in general.

The candidate should be a close collaborator (as will work closely with the Investment Advisory and Relationship Management Teams at Deutsche Bank in Switzerland).

Responsibilities

  • Accepting, executing and recapping equity and fixed income orders for sophisticated clients

  • Providing sophisticated clients with transactional advice and investment solutions

  • Knowing/understanding the House View and preparing client\-ready ad\-hoc investment content / trade ideas in\-line with research

  • Monitoring Client Positions (life\-cycle management: rolls/expiries/maturities)

  • Monitoring Derivatives Trading lines (exposure, usage) and collaborating closely with market \& credit risk teams

  • Collaborating closely with Support Functions (e.g., Legal/Compliance), other key stakeholders, trading, and Investment Bank

  • Contributing to Markets Investment Team Revenue Targets
Skills \& Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a wealth management client\-facing\-role (Relationship Management, Investment Advisory or Sales Trading)

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework (finance or economics)

  • Risk focussed mindset, able to gauge complexities and escalate timely

  • Efficient worker with utmost precision even under pressure focussing on error\-free execution under own initiative

  • Willingness to do all administrative tasks associated with trade execution \- including issue management and liaising with back\-office and/or operations

  • Strong team player \- willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks

  • Positive, outgoing, and open\-minded personality able to build relationships with colleagues and clients

  • Basic understanding of Financial Promotion \& Cross\-Border Rules

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required. Other languages are beneficial (e.g. German)

  • Experience using the following systems are a plus – although not required (Avaloq, Bloomberg EMSX/TSOX)
