An established and highly visible Estate Agency in Aldershot is looking for a talented and proactive Sales & Lettings Manager.

- Previous experience within residential sales and lettings is essential
- Strong track record in carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Branch management experience would be advantageous
- ARLA / NFOPP qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated with a proactive and commercial approach
- Strong local knowledge of the Aldershot area would be beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle preferred
