Sales Agent
We’re looking for a Sales Agent to join us at Telia.
I’m Dobrica Sokanovic , Sales Manager Broadband \& TV , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward\-thinking team focused on delivering measurable sales results across Telia’s fiber upgrade program and on converting internally generated leads into new FWA and Fixed sales .
What Y ou’ll D o:
You'll play a key role in driving fiber upgrades within the SDU segment while contributing to new sales growth across Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Fixed, and Mobile services.
- Drive fiber upgrade activities within the SDU customer segment
- Generate new sales opportunities across FWA, Fixed, Mobile, and MBB products
- Manage customer inquiries, relocations, and sales leads to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and support business growth
You're customer\-focused, proactive, and motivated by achieving results in a dynamic sales environment.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer\-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast\-paced environment
- Positive attitude towards change, continuous improvement, and new ways of working
- Experience with Salesforce, ICX, Homesales , and SmallMaps is considered an advantage
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is considered an advantage.
