Bij KOMONO draait het niet alleen om beter zien, maar ook om er beter uitzien. In onze winkels combineren we design, fashion en optiek. Als Sales Advisor help je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste zonnebril of bril op sterkte en zorg je ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom voelt in de winkel.

Sales Advisor (Studentenjob / Weekendjob)

(12–20 uur)

Je bent een belangrijk onderdeel van het retailteam en draagt bij aan een sterke winkelervaring. Je adviseert klanten, zorgt dat de winkel er verzorgd uitziet en helpt mee om onze collectie en het merk KOMONO op de juiste manier te presenteren.

Ervaring in optiek is geen vereiste; interesse en leergierigheid wel. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je de basis leert zodat je klanten goed kunt helpen.

Functie\-eisen

Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

To strengthen our flagship store team in Amsterdam, we're currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager with proven experience in retail and team leadership. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, helping to build and lead a strong team, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

What we’re looking for

You have a solid background in retail, with hands\-on leadership experience.

You're flexibly available, including weekends and peak periods — retail doesn't follow a 9\-to\-5\.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.

You speak English fluently — Dutch is a strong plus.

You’re someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

As KOMONO also offers prescription eyewear, completing a company\-paid optical training during working hours is mandatory. Since this course is taught in Dutch, reading and understanding Dutch is a strict requirement for this role. Applying without meeting this requirement will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

Act as the right hand of the Store Manager and take ownership when needed.

Help build a motivated, sales\-driven team.

Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals and customer expectations.
