Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with customers who have expressed interest in Private Medical Insurance, understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions.
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Work within a dynamic team environment to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in roles such as telephone sales, insurance sales, telesales, broker environments, or financial services sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Experience in a consultative sales role is highly advantageous.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000–£100,000+
