About the Role
------------------

As a Sales Advisor, your mission is to provide every customer with an exceptional shopping experience. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every visitor becomes a true fan of our brand.

In addition to advising customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of jewelry, you will also be involved in a variety of tasks, including light administrative duties and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

You are a commercially minded and results\-driven sales professional with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and our products.

With a keen eye for detail, strong empathy, and excellent listening skills, you are able to understand the wishes and emotions of our customers and translate them into the perfect product recommendation.

Well\-presented and passionate about jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle, you know how to represent our brand with confidence and style. Experience in retail sales and a willingness to work weekends are essential for this role.

An excellent command of Dutch and English is required for our stores in the Netherlands, while English is required for our London store.

Since opening our first brand store in Amsterdam in 2018, we have expanded to multiple locations in the Netherlands and London, with ambitious plans for further international growth.

The Story Behind the Brand

Pig \& Hen is named after two animals tattooed by Dutch sailors in the 17th century as symbols of luck and protection at sea.

All Pig \& Hen jewelry is handmade from Amsterdam in our local atelier using durable, premium materials such as recycled nautical rope, stainless steel, and meaningful gemstones.
