- Manage and update sales records and databases accurately.
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and resources for the sales department.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
A successful Sales Administrator (Temp) should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a similar setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Hourly pay of £15.00 per hour , dependent on the level of experience.
