Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting the sales process, managing customer relationships, and coordinating projects from order placement through to successful delivery.

Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are kept informed, and projects progress smoothly from initial handover to completion. This role combines the detail and organisation of sales administration with the coordination and customer engagement aspects of project management.

Key Responsibilities • Processing customer orders and supporting the end-to-end sales administration function.

  • Managing live client projects from sales handover through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project progress, production schedules and delivery times.

  • Preparing quotations, processing enquiries and supporting the Sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, customer information and pipeline activity.

  • Liaising with internal departments to coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are achieved.

  • Providing technical and commercial information to support customers throughout the order process.

  • Resolving customer queries and escalating service or operational issues where required.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall customer experience.

About You • Previous experience within Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Project Coordination.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident managing multiple orders, projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages.
