Sales Administrator - Christchurch - £14.88 per hour

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately via email, telephone and online systems


• Check orders against quotations, pricing and product availability before processing


• Enter sales orders onto the company system, ensuring all details are correct


• Liaise with customers to confirm order details and provide progress updates


• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing and logistics teams to support order fulfilment


• Monitor order progress and follow up on outstanding items and delivery dates

As a Sales Administrator, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in a customer service, order processing or administrative role


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling order information


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities


• Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner


• Good IT skills, including experience using order processing, CRM or ERP systems
