Location: Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary – Rolling Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm

Are you a proactive administrator with excellent organisational skills?

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary rolling contract. This is a varied role supporting the Sales Team and Office Manager with all aspects of their administration, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive an excellent service.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales orders and scheduling deliveries


• Advising customers and Account Managers of delivery dates when required


• Preparing quotes for spare parts and processing parts orders


• Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries


• Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the client's factory


• Liaising with the warehouse and hauliers to ensure goods are delivered on time


• Keeping customer spreadsheets and records up to date


• Providing holiday cover for other Sales Administrators


• Supporting the Office Manager with general administration


• Assisting with any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and confident, with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within an administration or sales administration role


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks


• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved


• SAP experience would be an advantage, but is not essential

£12.71 per hour
