Sales Administrator

Pear Recruitment – Sales Administrator – Maida Vale

Salary - £28,000 - £33,000

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Our client is looking for an office Administrator who preferably has experience working with Reapit & Veco to work in their busy branch in Maida Vale.

If you have previously worked within Estate agency Administration and feel confident supporting the sales team and occasionally the lettings department , whilst working in a motivated and fast paced setting, you are meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role this could be the perfect next move for you.

This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage Property Listings


• Schedule social media posts, keep website up to date


• Create window cards that are appealing to clients


• Carry out checks for Anti Money Laundering and keep records up to date (Compliance)


• Complete sales reports, pipeline updates and stats for Managers


• Effectively manage the office diary system.


• Handle all enquiries and record new applications.


• Experience with Reapit & Veco preferred

• Can build good relationships


• Be proactive


• Must be punctual


• Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
