We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join a growing and ambitious business based in Central London.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work closely with the sales team while gaining exposure to client management, research, logistics, events and wider business operations. It would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work and is keen to develop their career within a commercial business.

The Role

You will provide day-to-day support to the sales team, helping to keep processes, client activity and administration running smoothly. The role will involve a mixture of sales support, research, coordination and general business operations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.


• Manage requests with suppliers and external partners.


• Prepare quotations and sales documentation.


• Research prospective clients and maintain accurate CRM records.


• Coordinate deliveries, shipments and order tracking.


• Keep clients updated throughout the order process.


• Support client events, meetings and office administration.


• Maintain organised records and ensure systems are kept up to date.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.


• Support the wider team with day-to-day operational requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service or coordination.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Proactive and hands-on approach.


• Strong communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Confident using systems and learning new processes.


• Ability to take ownership and work independently.


• Commercial and customer-focused mindset.
