Sales Administrator

Our client is an established FMCG company based Leeds, and we are working exclusively with them to add a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team. The Role:
Your main purpose will be to support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication with clients and the wider team.
Your key duties will include:
- Acting as a key contact for assigned international clients.
- Processing new customer orders and issuing invoices/credit notes accurately.
- Creating new products in the system and processing essential export documentation.
- Attending weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintaining monthly sales data.
- Providing complete customer service and building strong, lasting relationships.
To be considered, it is essential that you have a proven record of providing exceptional customer service, be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and have a high attention to detail.
The right person for the team will also be:
- Mature in approach, adaptable, and a true team player.
- Experienced in a customer service or administrative role.
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with international liaison.
