Job Description – Sales Administrator
SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Sales Administration Department on a part-time, permanent basis at our site in Pineham, Northampton. The Sales Administrator will perform a customer service and sales administration role for customers of EBC Brakes Direct, dealing directly with the public via phone or email.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive sales orders via website and email, process onto SAGE200;
- Dealing with customer service queries, via telephone and email, relating to delivery, invoicing and stock availability, liaising with Production, Technical, Warehouse and Shipping departments
- Producing invoices and credit notes, Excel spreadsheets and various other administration tasks;
- Taking payments via Paypal and Sagepay accounts, monitoring amounts received to reconcile to orders;
- Any other duties as assigned by Administration Manager.
- Superb customer service skills having a professional and courteous manner, both over the phone and face to face;
- Previous experience in customer service and sales preferred;
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Experience with SAGE200 an advantage but full training will be provided;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- 26 hours per week;
- Part-Time role - Monday-Thursday 09:00-14:30 and Friday 09:00-13.00;
- £13.25 per hour.
