Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their Commercial team, managing customer orders, queries and sales administration while working closely with Operations and Finance to keep everything running smoothly.

The Role
*Processing and managing customer orders
*Keeping customers updated on orders and deliveries
*Coordinating with Operations on availability, collections and deliveries
*Preparing quotations and sales documentation
*Monitoring outstanding orders and flagging potential delays
*Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
*Supporting sales reports and general commercial administration
*Liaising with Finance on customer and invoicing queries
*Handling customer queries and escalating issues where required
*Using SAP and internal systems

The Candidate
*Previous sales administration or customer service experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proactive and commercially aware
*Confident using IT systems
*SAP experience would be advantageous
*Reliable, professional and customer-focused
