Elevation Recruitment Group's Business Support Team are supporting a fast-paced business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator, initially on a temporary basis, with the strong potential to become permanent for the right person.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Processing customer orders and quotations
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with carriers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting internal sales and operational teams
- Assisting with dispatch and general administration
- Previous Sales Administration, Customer Service or Internal Sales experience
- ERP system experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
