Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable and well-established business based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who is looking to join a professional business with a modern office environment and excellent opportunities to develop.

The role will involve managing customer orders from start to finish, working closely with customers and internal teams across the wider supply chain to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders from initial receipt through to completion


• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing updates


• Liaise closely with sales, purchasing, production, warehouse and logistics teams


• Monitor order progress and resolve any issues or delays


• Maintain accurate customer and order records


• Support the wider customer service and supply chain function

We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in customer service, order processing or administration within a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
