As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider team and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer support tasks, helping to maintain excellent service standards across the business.

- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with general office duties and ensuring processes are completed efficiently
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous administration, office support, customer service, insurance, professional services, or similar experience would be advantageous
