Sales Administrator Sheffield, S8 | £30,000 | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a successful and growing business based in Sheffield, S8.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a small, friendly and dynamic team where you'll play an important role in supporting both the sales and logistics functions.

The business is a specialist manufacturer and a leader within its field. It's a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for someone who is organised, professional and confident managing a varied workload.

The Role As Sales Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, helping to ensure orders, accounts and deliveries are managed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing account administration


• Providing administrative support to the sales and logistics teams


• Preparing import and export documentation


• Assisting with arranging deliveries


• Ensuring orders are placed on time


• Assisting with stock ordering


• Supporting the wider team with sales administration


• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business

About You We're looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with previous experience within a sales administration role.

You'll be someone who enjoys being busy, can confidently manage competing priorities and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous sales administration or relevant administrative experience


• Excellent organisational and time-management skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Confidence using Microsoft Office


• Experience using Netsuite would be advantageous


• Experience preparing import and export documentation would be beneficial


• Previous logistics experience would be an advantage


• The ability to manage a busy and changing workload


• A friendly and professional approach


• Excellent timekeeping and reliability


• The ability to work effectively as part of a small team

You don't need to be a climbing or extreme sports enthusiast for this role, but if you're someone who enjoys the outdoors, climbing or adventure sports, you may find the industry particularly interesting.

What's on Offer? Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
