- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate detailed reports on performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a results\-driven culture.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successfully managing accounts and closing deals.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: £25,420\.00\-£59,040\.15 per year
