- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies, forecast future growth, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior members, sharing best practices, and fostering a motivated environment.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £38,000\.00\-£43,000\.00 per year
