The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with organisations requiring IT asset disposal, technology recycling, data destruction, device refurbishment, and sustainability\-focused technology lifecycle solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the corporate, public sector, education, and healthcare markets

  • Building and maintaining long\-term relationships with IT, procurement, sustainability, and facilities decision\-makers

  • Developing opportunities for ITAD, technology reuse, recycling, and asset recovery services

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award

  • Growing existing accounts and maximising customer lifetime value

  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within:

  • IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)

  • IT Recycling

  • WEEE Compliance Services

  • Asset Recovery

  • Data Destruction Services

  • Circular Economy or Sustainability Services

  • Technology Lifecycle Management
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous B2B sales experience within the ITAD or technology recycling sector

  • An understanding of IT asset disposal, reuse, recycling, and compliance requirements

  • Existing industry contacts and relationships would be advantageous

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long\-term client relationships

  • A driven and self\-motivated approach with a desire to grow alongside the business
Location

Office\-based in Burton upon Trent.
