Salary: Competitive depending on experience \- £28,500 \- £40,000 OTE

We are a well\-established, family\-run windows and doors company based in Hazel Grove, and due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Account Manager to join our busy and friendly team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous sales experience, particularly within a technical, construction, or building products environment. Industry experience within windows, doors, or related sectors would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with trade customers and key accounts.


• Providing excellent customer service and professional account management.


• Processing enquiries and quotations accurately and efficiently.


• Identifying sales opportunities and supporting business growth.


• Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and in person.


• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Previous sales and account management experience.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• A professional and confident telephone manner.


• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.


• Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


• The ability to prioritise workload, multitask effectively, and work well under pressure.


• A proactive attitude and the ability to think on their feet.


• A natural flair for sales and relationship building.


• The confidence and professionalism to manage multiple customer accounts successfully.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm


• Flexibility to cover 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
