Sales Account Manager

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of an Account Manager – Sales.

Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.

The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees.

Salary

£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Staff earning from £000's up to £9000 per month) + Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.


• Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements.


• Guide customers through the company’s services and explain the process clearly.


• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers.


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.


• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships.


• Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services.


• Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently.


• Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce.


• Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets.


• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within account management, customer service, sales or a similar customer-facing role.


• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone.


• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.


• Commercially minded with the ability to recognise sales opportunities.


• Customer-focused approach without relying on hard-selling techniques.


• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.


• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial.


• Positive, proactive and results-driven approach.


• Comfortable working within a target-driven environment.
