How You’ll Make an Impact:* Achieve/exceed sales, marketing, and financial goals for the Food Science product portfolio in your territory.

• Drive business initiatives to grow sales and profitability aligned with team goals.


• Focus on direct customers, managing day\-to\-day sales activities in Northern Germany.


• Collaborate with the Field Application Specialists team to provide technical expertise in the Food Science Business.


• Develop sales strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.


• Review sales performance with management quarterly.


• Negotiate prices within agreed guidelines.


• Follow company sales processes and utilize sales resources efficiently.


• Maintain up\-to\-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.


• Build an external industry network and represent Bio\-Rad as an expert.

What You Bring:* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Microbiology or Chemistry relevant to the role.

• Work Experience: 3\+ years of relevant sales experience in a customer\-facing role, preferably in the food science industry, with a demonstrated record of success. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Strong technical knowledge of Food Microbiology Testing applications and technologies.


• Proficiency in professional English (reading, writing, speaking) for meetings, reports, presentations, and technical documents.


• based in North of Germany.
