Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
REED is recruiting a Sales Account Executive to join a friendly and established business in High Wycombe.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll be contacting existing and lapsed customers, understanding their requirements, and building long-term customer relationships. This is not a hard sales environment and would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and lapsed customers by phone.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems.
- Work as part of a supportive sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Team bonus scheme (OTE £33,000).
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Christmas shutdown.
- Free on-site parking.
- No weekends.
