Safety Technician

MY client is a leading UK provider of safe-access and barrier solutions, looking for a dynamic Safety Technician to join thier team. This role is perfect for professionals from construction or related fields seeking a new challenge. Full training is provided, so whether you're seasoned in fall protection or new to the field, we welcome your application.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Install and commission Fall Protection & Safe Access Products across various UK sites.

  • Conduct repairs, modifications, and recertifications of safety systems.

  • Engage directly with clients and site personnel, upholding a professional image.

  • Provide training on new products to clients.

  • Perform PPE inspections and actively participate in on-site sales and cross-selling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in numeracy and literacy; GCSE or "O" level qualifications required.

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or related fields, with a keen interest in transitioning to safety and installation roles.

  • Proficient in computer usage.

  • Must be comfortable working at heights.

  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

  • Happy with occasional nights away from home dependant on client locations in the UK
