Sachbearbeiter Beschaffung (M/F/D)
In a nutshell
As Sachbearbeiter Beschaffung (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing procurement activities within our Label Division. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth material availability, supplier management, and cost efficiency, working closely with internal and international stakeholders across the Fuji Seal Group.
Your area of responsibility:
Conduct demand analysis and determine material requirements in close collaboration with internal departments
Manage and monitor the entire purchasing process, from requirement request to on\-time delivery
Identify and source new suppliers and products together with technical departments
Support supplier negotiations, request quotations, and coordinate pricing and delivery timelines in alignment with the Supply Chain Manager
Collaborate actively with purchasing teams across the Fuji Seal Group
Perform supplier evaluations and contribute to supplier development initiatives
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve product assortment and identify cost optimization opportunities
Continuously optimize procurement processes and workflows
Job requirements:
Have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical education with additional commercial training
Bring 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or material management
Have a strong technical understanding and affinity for production\-related environments
Possess solid experience working with ERP systems
Communicate fluently in German (C2 level) and have good English skills (B2 level)
Are structured, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
We offer
Permanent full\-time contract (40 hours per week)
Salary package: €48,000 – €50,000 gross per year, including holiday and Christmas bonuses
