Your Mission
  • Support the coordination of key global sales rituals, including:

  • + Managing the monthly global sales meetings, including agenda preparation, content consolidation, and speaker coordination.

+ Contributing to the planning and delivery of the annual global sales conference.
+ Coordinating the Greenovation event, bringing together sales and structuring teams to accelerate ENGIE's green sales ambitions.
+ Supporting the Global ENGIE Elite Program, which recognizes top sales performers worldwide, as well as annual competitions such as Deal of the Year and Campaign of the Year.
  • Partner with the Business Performance team to analyze global sales data, help produce performance reports, identify business insights, and improve access to meaningful sales information across the organization.

  • Help drive community engagement initiatives by coordinating communications, promoting participation, and fostering collaboration among sales teams worldwide.

  • Contribute to strategic sales transformation projects, including Sales Excellence, Infinisales, Collaborative Selling, and other cross\-functional initiatives that support ENGIE's sales growth ambitions.

What profile we are looking for
  • Master's degree in engineering, Business, Management or a similar field.

  • Young graduate or maximum years of experience as a Junior.

  • Strong interest in energy markets, IT, management risk and financial market.

  • Eager to learn new skills, culture \& ready to be trained.

  • You are fluent in English and additional languages are a plus.

  • Proactive, reliable and results oriented.

  • Collaboration \& sense of priorities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Long\-term interest in building a career in a strategic, international environment.
