Looking to grow your professional footprint in Lisbon's thriving corporate hub? We are recruiting engaging Russian\-speaking Support Specialists to represent a household\-name social media network. You will be the front\-line contact for the platform's global user base, working alongside an international team to ensure a safe, welcoming, and functional online ecosystem.

Core Duties

• Inbound Assistance: Resolve account recovery, profile security, and feature\-related queries for Russian\-speaking members via email and live chat.


• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify system bugs and user errors, guiding customers toward quick solutions.


• Policy Enforcement: Uphold platform integrity by educating users on community standards and reporting violations.


• Performance Excellence: Meet daily operational benchmarks while delivering empathetic and efficient service.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native\-level Russian and a professional command of English (B2\) for corporate communication and onboarding.


• Local Legal Status: Must currently hold a Portuguese Residence Card (*Título de Residência*), EU Citizenship, or a valid Refugee Card. *No visa sponsorship or international relocation assistance is provided.*


• Experience Level: Open to all backgrounds. While customer service experience is preferred, we provide exhaustive professional training to set you up for success.


• Availability: Ready to work a flexible, rotating schedule in a high\-energy setting.

Hours \& Salary

• Gross Income: €1,237 per month (calculated on a 12\-month calendar).


• Work Week: 40 hours, split across 5 working days.


• Shift Breakdown: 8\-hour working days with an additional 1\-hour break for lunch.


• Operational Window: Rotating shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight).
