As a Room Service Head Waiter, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our guests receive top\-tier service in the comfort of their rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high\-quality service delivery.
- Ensure all room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
- Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations.
- Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and audits
- Act as a representative of Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brand and services.
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
- Previous experience in a fast\-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating your ability to excel in a dynamic setting.

- Strong organisational and communication skills, essential for effective teamwork and guest satisfaction.
