Our Garden

Outdoor learning is a key part of daily life at Pippa’s House Esher, with spacious green grounds encouraging exploration, creativity, confidence and a love of nature through activities such as climbing, digging and outdoor storytelling.

Location and Travel

Our flourishing day nursery is set within the beautiful grounds of Sandown Park Racecourse, conveniently located for families in Esher, Cobham, Hinchley Wood and the surrounding Surrey area. Surrounded by open green space yet easily accessible, the location makes drop\-offs and pick\-ups simple for families.

What You Will Be Doing

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery


• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day\-to\-day duties


• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms


• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately


• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child


• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers


• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff


• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
