Key duties…
<ul>
<li>Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards </li>
<li>Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation </li>
<li>Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly </li>
<li>Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality </li>
<li>Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition</li>
<li>Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required </li>
<li>Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE </li>
<li>Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor </li>
<li>Assist with turndown service or special requests when required </li>
<li>Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free </li>

What we are looking for...
A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

<li>Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness </li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently </li>
<li>Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude </li>
<li>Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions </li>
