Room Attendant / Housekeeping Supervisor (Combination Function)

We are looking for a flexible and motivated colleague for a combination role as Room Attendant and Housekeeping Supervisor at NH Den Haag.

In this varied position, you will work approximately 2–3 days per week as a Housekeeping Supervisor and 2–3 days per week as a Room Attendant. You will support the housekeeping team in maintaining high hotel standards while also taking responsibility for supervising daily operations.

Your Responsibilities As a Room Attendant

• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms according to hotel standards


• Making beds and changing linens


• Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities


• Reporting technical issues or damages


• Ensuring rooms are clean, tidy and guest\-ready

• Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team


• Inspecting cleaned rooms and public areas


• Assisting with daily planning and task distribution


• Training and guiding new employees


• Monitoring quality standards and productivity


• Communicating with hotel management and housekeeping staff


• Assisting operationally when needed

• Combination role:


• Approximately 2–3 days per week as Supervisor


• Approximately 2–3 days per week as Room Attendant


• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in housekeeping is required
