This is your rooftop. You set the vibe, lead the team, and turn every shift into an experience people talk about long after sunset. As Rooftop Manager at The Social Hub, you’re the driving force behind one of our most social, energetic spaces, where great drinks, great people, and great moments collide. You lead from the floor, not from behind a desk, balancing creativity with commercial thinking and people leadership with operational know-how. 
You’ll shape the guest journey, grow a strong team, and keep the rooftop buzzing day and night. If you love hospitality with personality and want to build something that feels alive, this one’s for you. 
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are 
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. 
What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and inspire the rooftop team, including supervisors, to perform at their best </li>
<li>Run day-to-day rooftop operations and keep service smooth, consistent, and memorable </li>
<li>Bring the rooftop concept to life through energy, atmosphere, and guest interaction </li>
<li>Drive team engagement through training, onboarding, and hands-on leadership </li>
<li>Work with marketing to deliver events, activations, and promotions that draw a crowd </li>
<li>Manage costs, revenue, and budgets while keeping quality sky-high </li>
<li>Build strong relationships with local suppliers and creative partners </li>
<li>Handle guest feedback with confidence and turn challenges into wins </li>
</ul>
What You’ll Have 
<ul>
<li>You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in F&B, ideally in a rooftop, bar, or concept-led venue </li>
<li>You bring strong people leadership skills and know how to motivate diverse teams </li>
<li>You’re comfortable owning budgets, costs, and commercial results </li>
<li>You have a natural feel for guest experience and atmosphere </li>
<li>You stay calm under pressure and make clear decisions when it counts </li>
<li>You communicate easily in English and Italian; extra languages are a bonus </li>
<li>You bring curiosity, creativity, and a hands-on attitude to everything you do </li>
