Robotics AI Data Collection Operator

About the Role
We are looking for Robotics AI Data Collection Operators to support the development of next-generation intelligent robotic systems.
In this role, you will interact directly with robotic platforms, perform structured tasks, and generate high-quality demonstration data used to train advanced AI models.
Your work will contribute to the development of robots capable of performing real-world tasks across homes, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and service environments.

Responsibilities

Robot Operation

• Operate robotic systems using teleoperation interfaces and specialized controllers


• Perform demonstrations of physical tasks to generate training data


• Execute repetitive tasks with a strong focus on consistency and quality


• Follow detailed operational procedures and data collection protocols

• Capture and validate training data generated during robot operation


• Review completed demonstrations for quality and accuracy


• Assist with annotation and verification activities


• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks

• Provide feedback on robot behavior and task execution


• Support testing of new robotic workflows


• Help improve data collection procedures and operational efficiency

• Picking and placing objects


• Sorting items into designated containers


• Opening and closing containers


• Folding clothing and textiles


• Assembly and manipulation tasks


• Multi-step operational workflows

Essential

• Excellent attention to detail


• Strong hand-eye coordination


• Ability to follow detailed instructions


• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks


• Basic computer skills

• Experience with gaming controllers or simulation platforms


• Manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or technical experience


• Interest in robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies


• Experience in quality assurance or process-driven environments

• Direct involvement in AI and robotics innovation


• Hands-on experience with advanced robotic systems
