Your missions
Our customer is seeking an experienced and proactive Risk Manager to join the Risk Management function. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Working closely with senior management, business units, and control functions, the Risk Manager will contribute to maintaining a strong risk culture and supporting the Bank's strategic objectives through effective risk oversight and governance. The responsabilities includes, among others:
Risk Oversight \& Governance
- Support and enhance the Bank's risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, risk appetite, and business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across the organization, providing independent challenge and recommendations to management and governance bodies.
- Prepare and present risk reports, analyses, and key risk indicators to senior management and relevant committees.
Risk Monitoring \& Control
- Oversee the monitoring of risk exposures, operational incidents, emerging risks, and remediation actions to ensure risks remain within approved limits.
- Coordinate risk assessments, scenario analyses, and stress\-testing activities while supporting regulatory and internal control initiatives.
Advisory \& Risk Culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on risk\-related matters, new initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Promote a strong risk culture through awareness, training, and ongoing engagement with teams across the organization.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent are considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and risk reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of Basel framework requirements and risk governance principles.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
