About the role

As our Risk and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving improvements that ensure we meet our legal and ethical responsibilities across health, safety, environment, and wellbeing.

You will be part of the Group Print and Operations team, supporting colleagues on quality, risk, and business continuity—helping to embed a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and developing management systems across quality, risk, HSE and business continuity (including ISO standards)

  • Coordinating audits, training schedules, and compliance activities across the team

  • Supporting internal and external audits, and helping track and implement improvement actions

  • Leading risk reviews, workshops, and business continuity exercises

  • Investigating incidents (including GDPR breaches) and ensuring effective preventative action

  • Partnering with global teams to support training, processes, and communications

  • Providing guidance on health \& safety, including risk assessments and wellbeing support
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40\-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face\-to\-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long\-term health condition.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Clear written and verbal communication, including report writing and presentations

  • The ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders

  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload

  • Strong IT skills including systems and tools

  • A proactive, self\-motivated approach
If you meet the above minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply. Your application will be even stronger if you can also demonstrate the following desirable criteria:
