Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with kindness and professionalism


• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams


• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, infection control, and health and safety protocols


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare colleagues to coordinate care and provide clear information about treatment procedures


• Manage your time efficiently to prioritize urgent needs while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of resident care.


• Document all nursing activities accurately within health records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the NMC.


• Strong understanding of care planning processes and ability to adapt plans based on patient progress


• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals


• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a busy environment


• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism


• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing
