RFP Manager

Our Central Sales team UK at the Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK are looking for RFP Manager. The RFP Manager will build and distribute all the Corporate and Consortia. They will be providing the business an accurate picture of the performance of the overall sales segments within the portfolio and ensuring sales data is provided for accurate management reports.

RFP Manager responsibilities:

  • Collect all rate information and send responses to clients

  • Distribute renegotiations to relevant hotels and send the renegotiation responses to client

  • Update and distribute to relevant hotels with rate loading instructions

  • Respond to all RFP queries from Hotels and clients

  • Check clients T\&C’s against hotels submissions and setting and adhering to internal deadlines

  • Monitoring \& Collating hotel completions (spread sheets) and Rate Audits

  • Create unsolicited lists and encourage hotel participation / RFP Growth

  • Completion of EU Rate loading forms

  • Data Collections
