RF Design Engineer (Low Frequency Projects)

£45,000 - £65,000 + Hybrid Working + Progression to Senior Engineer + 5% Bonus + Holidays + Close Knit Team

Hybrid, Office and remote, Commutable from Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Bath, Gloucester, Newport and Surrounding Areas

Are you from any RF Design background looking for the opportunity to join a close knit small boutique manufacturer where you will have a direct impact on projects, alongside further technical training and progression to senior engineer, whilst feeling valued and part of a highly technical team?

On offer is a role where you will be able to showcase your skills as you will be working on industry leading, bespoke equipment, in addition to having the option on going on specific training courses, or specific university degrees that is completely paid for, all whilst having a clear scope of progression to senior level roles or roles off the tools.

This company are an industry leading manufacturer that have been around for over 20 years and currently employs just over 20 staff. They have built up a fantastic reputation within the industry for the products they produce, as well as for looking after their staff. They have had exponential growth, so are looking to expand their workforce.

This role will suit someone from any RF Design background looking for the opportunity to join a close knit small boutique manufacturer where you will have a direct impact on projects, alongside further technical training and progression to senior engineer, whilst feeling valued and part of a highly technical team.

The Role:
*Designing RF Systems from concept to completion
*Upgrading previous work and implementing new design
*Further training and career progression to senior engineer
*Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm / 7.30am - 1pm on Fridays
