Michael Page are proud to partner with a leading Birmingham based organisation to appoint for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a busy HR department.

This role will mostly be based from the Birmingham office but some hybrid working can be offered business needs dependent.

Description

Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of Reward Manager is required on a temporary basis for circa 4 months.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Deliver HAY-based Job Evaluation activities, including facilitating evaluation panels and maintaining robust grading structures.

  • Lead Equal Pay Audits and develop recommendations to ensure pay equity and compliance.

  • Prepare reward analysis and supporting papers for Executive Remuneration Committee meetings.

  • Act as a trusted HR specialist, supporting organisational change programmes and advising on employment legislation and best practice.

Profile

Ideal applicants will have a proven background in a similar role. You will also be available to start at short notice

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of up to £330/day (Inside IR35)

  • Temporary contract circa 4 months

  • Hybrid working arrangements available based on business needs

  • Temporary contract offering a chance to make a contribution.
