About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality results in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
Role Overview
Responsible for managing the day\-to\-day reverse logistics operation, ensuring returned products are received, processed, graded, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational KPIs and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reverse logistics operations including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination and outbound processing.
- Manage RTS, B2B/internal sales, disposal and donation flows.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, including workload planning, productivity and performance management.
- Monitor operational KPIs, backlog, inventory accuracy and processing SLA.
- Maintain accurate stock control and conduct regular inventory/cycle count activities.
- Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other warehouse sites.
- Ensure warehouse SOPs, health \& safety and operational standards are followed.
- Support new reverse\-logistics projects and process implementation.
- Provide regular operational reporting and escalation of key risks/issues.
- Warehouse or reverse logistics management experience.
- Strong people\-management and operational problem\-solving skills.
- Good understanding of WMS and inventory control.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data.
- Strong communication and cross\-functional coordination skills.
- Able to manage changing priorities in a fast\-paced warehouse environment.
