About the role
We're scaling fast — and to keep our go\-to\-market engine running at full speed, we need someone who owns the systems, data, and processes behind it.
Mynt is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our commercial team in Stockholm. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing — making sure our CRM is clean, our reporting is trustworthy, and our processes actually scale. Beyond the classic RevOps remit, you'll play a key role in how we adopt AI: identifying where it creates real value, evaluating tools, and leading the projects that change how our team works. You don't need to write code — but you need to know what's possible and drive it forward.
This is a high\-impact, high\-autonomy role where you'll help shape RevOps from the ground up as we expand across the Nordics and beyond.
What you'll be up to
- Own the structure, data quality, and automation flows in our CRM (HubSpot) — making sure pipeline data is reliable and consistent across the go\-to\-market team.
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards covering ARR, win rate, sales cycle, churn, and NRR — and run our forecasting processes to give leadership the clarity they need.
- Design and document scalable processes for sales, onboarding, and customer success, and keep them alive as the business evolves.
- Own our revenue tech stack — evaluate, implement, and retire tools as we grow.
- Lead AI tooling initiatives across go\-to\-market: prospecting tools, conversation intelligence, workflow automation, and more. Drive the projects, align the stakeholders, and make them stick.
- Be an active contributor and driver of strategic commercial projects — from go\-to\-market expansion to how we build and scale our commercial operations.
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong hands\-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce — comfortable building complex workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just slides.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're changing go\-to\-market; you've probably already been experimenting.
- Strong communicator who can drive cross\-functional projects without formal authority.
