Revenue Manager
Job Overview:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability by strategically managing room inventory, pricing, forecasting, and distribution. This role ensures data‑driven decision‑making that optimises RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across all business segments. The postholder collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive commercial performance while maintaining alignment with Stoke Park’s luxury positioning and guest experience ethos
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy \& Performance
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise RevPAR and overall profitability.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns, and business mix.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts.
- Manage pricing across all channels and segments, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Maintain rate integrity and parity across all online distribution platforms.
- Oversee OTA contracts, promotions, and content accuracy.
- Ensure PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel manager platforms are fully optimised.
- Monitor group blocks, washdowns, pickup, and conduct displacement analysis.
- Lead revenue meetings and present performance insights and recommendations.
- Work with Sales \& Marketing to support long‑term business planning.
- Partner with Front Office and Reservations to ensure accurate inventory allocation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on revenue systems and processes
- All employees are expected to be fully familiar with, and adhere to, the hotel’s policies and procedures relating to fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid, health and safety, and security.
- Staff must also ensure they understand and follow the guidance outlined in the Employee Handbook, as well as any relevant notices displayed in key operational areas throughout the estate.
- Employees may be asked to cover for their colleagues as part of business requirement as well as cross\-functional training.
