Job Overview:

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising hotel revenue, profitability, and market share through the effective management of room inventory, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and demand forecasting. Working closely with the General Manager, Sales \& Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams, the Revenue Manager analyses market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to develop strategies that drive occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

The Moyvalley Hotel Golf Resort, a leading 4 Star Hotel in Kildare is recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join our team.

Leading the hotel's revenue strategy across all segments \& channels.

Manage and develop the reservations team.

Monitor and analyse daily pickup, market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.

Maximise profitability and room revenue through effective rate and inventory management.

Prepare accurate forecasting reports, budgets, and performance analyses.

Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.

Manage content on the hotel website and online distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and rate parity.

Work with the Sales and Marketing, Events and Front Office Team to maximise new revenue opportunities.

Contribute to the development and execution of the hotel's annual business and marketing plans.

Requirements

3\+ years’ experience in a Revenue or Reservations Management role, ideally within a 4/ 5\-star hotel environment.

Experience with hotel property management systems.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work within a fast\-paced environment and a results driven team.

Flexibility to work as required to meet business needs.
