Revenue Growth Strategy Manager
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical professional who is equally comfortable developing growth strategies and rolling up their sleeves to work directly with data. This person will independently analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify revenue opportunities, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations that support business growth. Beyond the analysis, they will be expected to understand broader industry and consumer trends, connect them to OneFootball's strategic priorities, and identify new commercial opportunities and revenue streams that can drive long\-term growth.
Your role
- Identify, assess, and prioritize revenue growth opportunities across markets, customer segments, products, and go\-to\-market channels.
- Independently analyze sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and support strategic decision\-making.
- Build business cases for growth initiatives, including geographic expansion, marketing investments, partnerships, pricing strategies, and new revenue streams.
- Leverage Salesforce and other data sources to analyze pipeline performance, customer behavior, conversion trends, retention metrics, and key revenue drivers.
- Partner closely with all business verticals and the Leadership Team to evaluate opportunities and define growth priorities.
- Present clear, data\-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- 5\+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating growth opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
- Highly hands\-on with data and comfortable independently extracting, analyzing, and interpreting information from Salesforce and other business systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect data, customer insights, and market dynamics to revenue outcomes.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience with Excel and business intelligence tools is required.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
