We are seeking a detail\-oriented and commercially minded Revenue Executive to support our Revenue Management team across a diverse hotel portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in revenue management within a fast\-paced hospitality environment.

You will play a key role in optimising pricing, inventory, and performance reporting, while ensuring system accuracy and delivering valuable insights to support commercial decision\-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Revenue Managers with daily rate and inventory updates across systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers)

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports

  • Monitor pickup, pace, and market demand, identifying risks and opportunities

  • Maintain system accuracy across rates, room types, mapping, and rate parity

  • Conduct competitor rate shopping and track market activity

  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data preparation and analysis

  • Collaborate cross\-functionally with Sales, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams

  • Assist in commercial meeting preparation and follow\-up actions

  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and efficiency across the commercial function

  • Help ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision\-making processes
Skills \& Experience Required
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data

  • Understanding of key hotel revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, segmentation)

  • Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel managers) preferred

  • Previous experience with branded hotels (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is advantageous

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
