DMT Renewables Ltd is a contracting company based in Tallaght, specialising in deep energy retrofits. Our services include providing energy efficiency solutions to domestic properties, such as insulation systems, ventilation systems, windows, heat systems, Solar PV, and air tightness. We offer services to domestic householders under Local Authority, SEAI Warmer Homes, and One Stop Shop Provider schemes. We have a substantial portfolio of works for the next number of years, providing the right candidate with an opportunity to develop their career with an ambitious company in a rapidly expanding industry sector.

Role Description

The role covers the management of energy efficient upgrades including and not limited to External Wall Insulation, Plumbing, Windows and loft insulation teams. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this sector or a related sector or in a similar role.

  • Conduct site visits to include accurate measurements and photographic records including quantifying the extent of works to be carried out using our in\-house mobile App.

  • Deliver precise work quantity estimations along with compelling supporting sketches and calculations.

  • Create custom job sheets for different trades and distribute them along with supporting sketches and other necessary details.

  • Monitor and undertake regular work quality checks so that they are completed to company and project standards.

  • Assess site for access and Health and Safety issues

  • Advise Homeowner on nature and extent of proposed works

  • Familiarity with Building Regulations and SR54 Code of Practice for retrofitting works an advantage but training will be provided.

  • Training in other aspects of the role will be provided

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role

  • 5 years in relevant retrofit construction experience

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Organisational and time\-management skills

  • Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: €55,000\.00\-€90,000\.00 per year
